Meditation 101: Intro to Meditation
Learn how to reduce stress and find the power within you. In this class we will cover everything you need to know to start your own meditation practice. Key topics will include breath, chakras, flow and awareness.
Short talk and guided meditation format.

GROUP meditation practice

Regular group classes can be an essential support in establishing a consistent meditation practice and mindfulness in everyday life. Short talk / Q and A then a meditation session.
